Inn Policies

Smoking: Smoking is allowed Outdoors ONLY in specified areas.
Pets: We cannot accommodate pets.
Children: No children unless the whole Inn is reserved.
Methods of Payment: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Personal Checks, Travelers Checks and Cash.
Beverages: Consumption of alcohol is permitted. However, only non-alcoholic beverages may be obtained on the premises.
Deposit Amount: Credit card information is taken as security against our cancellation policy.
Minimum Stay: Normally two nights if a Saturday is included ( For exceptions please call )
Check In / Check Out: Check In time 3.00PM to 5:00 PM and Check Out 11:00 AM.
Early/Late Check In: We are always happy to try to accommodate early or late check-ins with 24hrs notice.
Membership: Professional association memberships: PAII, AABBI, Sedona Chamber of Commerce, Sedona Bed and Breakfast Guild.

on-line under rates and reservations.
Holidays:  On Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years holidays there are certain days where guests are provided with breakfast at neighboring hotels or resorts and no service is provided in the rooms. Guests will be informed of these days on making a reservation.
Cancellation: Any cancellation will result in a cancellation fee of $30 per room. With less than Fourteen Days notice, the total balance will immediately be charged in full and a refund will be issued for room nights that are subsequently filled. "No shows" are billed in full.
