Mark counts among his interests fast cars and golf. Tammy, in addition to her devotion as a mom, is very involved in arts and crafts (a talent which she has passed onto their children) and has studied gourmet cooking with Chef Patrick.

Upon retiring from Intel in early 2001, Mark and Tammy relocated their family from Scottsdale, AZ to Sedona and became the innkeepers of Creekside Inn, which also affords them more time to spend together as a family. Mark, Tammy, Christina and the dog, maintain a separate residence just ten minutes from the inn, while the two boys have fled the nest and are now attending ASU.
